A Young Adult Conference

Biblical Teaching   †   Christ-Centered Worship   †   Fellowship

Save the date for the first Corpus Christi–Canada conference which will be held from June 3-6, 2027, in St. Catharines, Ontario. This conference is a partner event between Lutheran Church–Canada and Concordia Lutheran Theological Seminary, as they celebrate their 50th anniversary.

Conference and Theme

From June 3-6, 2027, the very first Corpus Christi–Canada conference will be hosted at Concordia Lutheran Theological Seminary (CLTS) in St. Catharines, ON. This 4-day conference will be held under the theme “One God, Now and Forever.” The conference theme verse is Hebrews 13:8 “Jesus Christ is the same yesterday and today and forever.” Rev. Dr. Andrew Steinmann will serve as the plenary speaker, with additional breakout session speakers.

Why is it called Corpus Christi?

The conference will be held under the banner of The Corpus Christi Association, which exists to promote active participation in the liturgical prayer life of the Church and the knowledge of the Word of God among young adults in Europe. The Corpus Christi Association brings with it a distinctly global perspective to Confessional Lutheranism and has close to two decades of experience in conducting conferences for Lutheran young adults.

Corpus Christi is a Latin phrase meaning “The Body of Christ.”

Who is the conference for?

Following the European model, the target audience of the conference is adults aged 18 to 39. Lutherans from all countries are welcome.
